How it works

We build it first. You pay for itonly if it works.

Most software is sold on a promise and paid for up front. We think that is backwards when the buyer has been burned before, so we take the delivery risk instead.

We learn how you actually work.

We follow one job from first call to invoice and write down every place a person is doing something a system should do. You keep that map either way.

What you provide

A few conversations.

What Tavo handles

The map, the plan, and an honest answer.

The validation period

Nothing is oweduntil it is runningyour business.

We map, build, and hand you a working system before any money changes hands. If it does not earn its place, you owe nothing and you keep the map.

Phase 01

Map

Free

We follow a job end to end and write down every manual step.

Phase 02

Build

Free

We build the system and connect your existing tools. Still nothing owed.

Phase 03

Validate

Free

You run it in your real business. If it is not working, you walk away.

Phase 04

Keep it

One time fee

It is running your business. Now there is an implementation fee.

Ongoing

Run

Monthly

We host, monitor, maintain, and keep improving it. Indefinitely.

Real figures are quoted in writing before anything is built. No estimate that moves later.

Questions

The ones peopleactually ask.

How much does it cost?

A one time implementation fee once the system is live, then a monthly fee to run it. Both are quoted in writing before anything is built, and neither moves later.

How long does it take?

Usually four to eight weeks from first conversation to running in your business. Bigger builds take longer, and we tell you that up front.

What if it does not work?

Then you do not pay for it. That is the point of building first and charging second. We would rather lose a build than argue over an invoice.

Who owns the system?

We do. Tavo builds it, hosts it, and keeps it running, and that is what the monthly fee pays for. You are subscribing to an operation, not buying a codebase. Your data is yours, and you can export it whenever you want.

What if I want to leave?

You give notice and stop paying. We export your data in a usable format and the system is switched off. You do not take the software with you, because you were never buying it outright.

Do I need someone technical?

No. That is the entire premise. You never open a settings screen or manage a server. If something needs changing, you tell us.

Will it replace the tools I already pay for?

Only where it should. Usually we keep them and connect them, because the problem is rarely the tools. It is that nothing talks to anything.

Do you work outside these industries?

Often. The industries listed are where we can skip discovery, but the pattern is the same anywhere work is coordinated by hand. Ask.

The first conversationcosts you nothing either.
